“Lijun is AMAZING. She is a specialist in acupuncture for smoking cessation. I tried nicolette and the patch neither worked at all. I was very sceptical that Lijun could help me quit after 20 years of smoking. I really didnt believe it would work. But she did it! I am smoke free for almost a year now entirely thanks to her. One word of advice: if you are very addicted make sure to go in for additional visits every few days after the first visit even if u feel you dont need it. Also dont deink coffee or alcohol for 2 weeks after quitting. This will help your chances of success. “Lijun is a really nice and dedicated woman and I am really thankful to her about her treatment and what she did so I can recover. She used different techniques and needles for acupuncture. She didn’t only worked on the side of the face affected by the Bell’s palsy but also on other part of the body. Her treatment helped me to reduce my stress which I think might be the reason I get that. Three weeks after the Bell’s palsy started and after 2 weeks treatment I started recovering a little bit. I was able to slightly move the right corner of the mouth. It was a big improvement and I knew I was on the good path to get my face back to normal. Six weeks of acupuncture helped me to recovered more than 90% of my facial expressions with most of them symmetrical. The doctors say most of the patients recover after 6 to 8 weeks.
